We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to ban the words ‘Unlimited’ in publications and/or advertisements by all companies where the service they offer is limited

People outside the UK probably don’t realise how silly this is right now. ‘Unlimited’ is used as a synonym for ‘a finite large amount’ more or less as standard. Often the excuse (for download caps, perhaps) would be that you can actually download as much as you like— the cost just changes after you hit a certain limit. And you might be cut off for ‘abuses’ (read: exceeding an un-published extension of said cap) which are not officially considered part of the ‘unlimited’ cap thing. The current rules allow this, too.
