Note the bold text for ‘who does not yet qualify for an upgrade’. When I checked previously, I was told that I would be eligible for a hardware upgrade after July 11th 2009. The online stuff has now changed— it just shows me a list of hardware to choose from (although it actually fails—there’s nothing in the list) and says that the price will reflect my eligibility as of right now. Still, I have a suspicion that I’m normally over the $100 mark, so I’d probably qualify for the low-cost upgrade already. Not entirely sure though; might have a walk down to the local Rogers store in a bit.
