The source code for my test application (built against the 10.5 APIs for TimeMachine) is already up on github: here it is.

The presentation I gave for the Toronto CocoaHeads group on it is available via MobileMe here.

I have some updates ready for 10.6 support, although the APIs are relatively unchanged. Those will be released as part of my talk at 360|MacDev in Denver next month.
