Thawte FreeMail (Web of Trust) Certificates to Expire in November

Just found a link to this FAQ on Slashdot (so it might be a little bit inaccessible).

I use this for my main email account (and have done for about 5 years now), but still haven’t received the official email from Thawte enabling me to enrol for a one-year VeriSign email certificate just yet. I have to wonder if that will arrive before my certificate becomes invalid on November 16 this year…
