I am ridiculously proud of my team for what they’ve accomplished here over the past four weeks. The design work from our UX department has been top-notch, and everyone inside the company and out who’s seen this stuff has been utterly blown away. You can see more info on the new features on the Kobo website.
It’s implemented only for the iPad right now, but it’ll be rolling out for the iPhone and our other platforms soon. The iPhone UI for all this stuff is probably being refined as you read this. Unless you’re one of the guys on my team, at which point it’s probably not, as you’re reading the news. Not that I can speak— I’m at the airport right now, about to spend three days in Denver for 360|MacDev where I’m giving a talk on the implementation of some of the cool undocumented things you can do on Mac OS X.
