The Big Day

So today I received a very lovely package from Apple Computer. Mo, it’s not a 27” iMac, although that would indeed have been nice. What I received was a job offer. Which I have accepted.

So, I’m currently due to start work in Cupertino in the second week of January, assuming my H1-B work visa has come through by then. Of course, that might be denied, meaning I won’t be going to work for Apple at all; I like to keep that thought at arm’s length however.

What will I be doing? I can’t say much, but I’ll be working on iPhone applications primarily, in charge of a small group. That’s about all I can say.

Suffice to say, if you don’t hear much from me over the next couple months, it’s because I’ve got my fingers crossed pretty tightly…
