The hell it’s Apple’s hardware. I bought the iPad, therefore it is MY hardware! And I say you (and every other company) should be free to make money any way you choose, so long as I invite you onto MY iPad.

It’s a good point— the purchaser of the device and the app should be the one to make the decision on whether they support a company’s business practices. If a user doesn’t like what Readability is doing, they won’t pay them.

Sounds simple enough to me…
