So not only does Bell tack on $9.95 of extra charges right at the last minute, it also manages to not disclose what $4.95 of it is. Sigh.

If I weren’t already paying almost $180/mo for less than this from Rogers, I’d actually be annoyed. As it is, I’m just smiling ruefully, waiting to replace my plain non-HD, non-PVR single-terminal Digital Cable and 10Mb internet with 25Mb fiber optic internet and HD TV with two terminals, one of which is a PVR.
