We should all know by now that diversity of any kind can’t be made to happen. We’ve made a decent start at removing the obstacles having the greatest effect, and that will mature in time.
The most important thing we have to do now is forget about the whole ‘diversity’ thing and just accept that there are these things called ‘people’, most of which look and act differently from one another. Then maybe we can accept that they can make their own damned decisions, and leave them the fuck alone.
